Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. This is possible as long as the order has not been processed or production has not started. For customized products, cancellation is not possible after production has begun.

What are the delivery times?
We offer fast delivery in consultation with you, usually within 7 days. After placing your order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Check our shipping costs in the Shipping Policy.
Do you deliver to upper floors?
We deliver to the ground floor by default. If an elevator is available and the furniture fits, we can deliver it to an upper floor. Contact us for specific arrangements.

3. Payment
What payment methods do you accept?

On-site payment (cash or bank transfer)
For deliveries to Belgium and Luxembourg, payment must be received in full before we can deliver, unless otherwise agreed and payment upon delivery is possible.

For standard products, you can contact us to discuss return options. Customized products or large furniture items, such as cabinets, cannot be returned. See our Return Policy for more information.

Are all colors available?
Yes, we can restyle your furniture in any RAL color. You can choose between matte paint or chalk paint.
We offer three different styles:
1. Old look patina effect: A weathered and authentic appearance.
2. Smooth finish: A completely uniform and sleek finish.
3. Smooth finish with distressed edges: A sleek finish with lightly sanded edges for a subtly aged effect.
What is the delivery time for customized products?
The delivery time for customized products is 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your specific preferences. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Our store is located at Burgemeester Rensstraat 53, Goirle, near Tilburg. Our opening hours are:
Thursday and Friday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Shopping Sundays (first Sunday of the month): 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, this is possible. For large furniture items, you even receive a 10% discount if you pick them up yourself. Contact us to schedule a pickup time.
